Delivery of Your Order
Delivery on all embroidered and print items will be advised once all artwork has been approved. We use DPD for tracked deliveries and a-field transport with our own "Black Cat" trailer for our larger orders, both compaines will email you with a hour's window when your order has been despatched.
Out of Stock Garments
If the you have orders is out of stock, we will replace this for a same quality of garment.
Returning Goods to Us
Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement. You have 7 working days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. In all cases the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and any faulty items must be reported to us immediately.
Once we have received your returned goods and checked them, we will refund your money in full using the same method by which you paid. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Cancellations
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of goods made to your own specification and clearly personalised). Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel them up to 7 working days starting from the day after the goods were received, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This is only acceptable if the goods have not been used in any way and will be inspected by our team before any refunds are given.
All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure you package your returns to prevent any damage.
